Become a board member
Together, we can help kids experience the joy of learning.
We are looking for a passionate changemaker who wants to help us build and grow The Red Bow with their knowledge, work experience, skills and time commitment with a background in one of the following sectors:
Legal
Marketing & Sponsorship
Fundraising, including writing grant applications and strategy.
Although previous experience as a board member is not required, it will be highly valuable.
What we need from you:
5+ years of experience in one of the sectors indicated above
Experience in the Non-for-profit sector is highly preferred
Able to commit a minimum of 6 hours a month to the performance of the role
Willingness to learn and promote what we do within your networks and communities
Help with fundraising
Prepare and attend General Meetings. Currently, every two months.
Google Workspace experience, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.
Being a team worker
Have initiative
Access to your own internet, computer and phone
Passionate about making a change in the world for children in need
