Learning Resources and Equipment

At The Red Bow we want to make sure that every kid is equipped with the learning resources and equipment they need to be able to attend the activities they are passionate about or perform well at school.

Many families in New Zealand are not able to cover the cost of buying the proper digital device for their kid or the sports or materials needed to attend extracurricular activities. These are some examples of what we fund:

• Laptops/tablets (If your kid is in year 7 or higher)

• Sport gear

• Musical instruments

• Dance outfit

• Painting materials

You can apply for a scholarship if:

• Your kid is aged between 5 to 18 years and is a New Zealand resident.

• Your kid needs those resources to attend an activity they are passionate about or perform well at school.

• You are financially unable to cover these costs.

How It Works

1. Families or guardians that wish to apply for these resources will need to fill out an application form and provide the requested documentation. As part of this application, kids will be asked to submit a short essay or video on why they are passionate about pursuing that particular activity field the resources are for.

2. Applicants will need to provide the details of the equipment needed and links to the websites where these resources can be procured from.

3. The application will be sent to The Red Bow for review. If there is something missing, we will let you know.

4. After receiving all the requested information, we will assess your application and communicate the outcome.

5. If you are successful in securing the requested resources for your kid, we will procure the equipment and resources directly and arrange for it to be delivered to you.
